  • Yes, we have a holding yard in Canada with stock trees, job material, and a limited selection of shrubs. Materials are not grown on-site.

    In Woodinville, WA, we operate out of an administrative office and do not have a physical nursery on-site.

Transportation & Logistics

  • Within Washington State, we deliver to King, Snohomish, Skagit, and Lewis counties with a 7% freight fee. Deliveries outside these counties incur a higher freight fee. Contact the office for a quote.


    We also deliver to Oregon and California, with freight fees varying based on distance and carrier rates. Please contact us for a custom quote based on your location.

  • We deliver throughout the Lower Mainland, to Vancouver Island, and up the country towards Kelowna. Freight fees can vary depending on the location.

  • We recommend placing orders 2–3 weeks in advance-our delivery schedule tends to book up quickly, especially during peak seasons in spring and fall.

  • Orders are scheduled weeks in advance, and customers will receive email reminders from our staff with delivery dates and any adjustments.

    On the day of delivery, our drivers will call ahead to confirm they’re in route and notify you of any delays.

    For real-time information or specific delivery details, feel free to contact our office directly.

  • We do not currently offer recurring or standing delivery schedules. Deliveries are scheduled based on customer orders.

  • Our fleet includes a range of vehicles—from 16' box trucks to 53' refrigerated and dry trailer vans, as well as flat deck trailers—so we can handle everything from small deliveries to large hauls.

    For commercial size and various projects, we have access to third-party and semi-trucks ranging in sizes.

  • We do not provide liftgate service and ask that customers have the appropriate equipment or personnel available on-site to assist with unloading.

    Crane services are available upon request.

  • There is no minimum order; however, delivery fees vary based on location in Canada and order value in the US.

Operations & Fulfillment

  • Yes, we maintain a diverse inventory of tree material year-round, including deciduous, conifer, and evergreen trees.

  • Yes, we offer contract growing for large quantities and special varieties with adequate notice ahead of the growing season. For orders over 500 pieces, contract growing is highly recommended to ensure consistency and quality from a single supplier.

  • All plants and trees are warranted for 3 months.

    Replacement material will be provided at no cost-provided there are no external contributing factors, the site has proper irrigation, and the plants were not installed during the summer or winter months.

  • We source plants both locally and from outside the region, allowing us to offer a diverse selection of growers and unique plant varieties to meet a wide range of project needs.

  • We take great care in preparing each shipment by professionally stacking, carefully organizing, and securely packaging all plant material.

    Protective measures are used to prevent shifting and damage during transport, ensuring your plants arrive healthy and in top condition.

  • We accept checks, e-transfers/Zelle, and all major credit cards.

  • New customers are COD (Cash on Delivery). Net 30 terms are available for existing customers in good standing.

  • Yes. All new accounts start as COD for the first three months.

    After establishing a positive payment history, customers may transition to Net 30 terms.

  • At this time, we do not offer discounts for large or recurring orders.

    However, early payments made within 7 days may qualify for a 5% discount in CAD.

    • In Canada, we charge GST and PST on the cost of goods, and GST only on freight.

    • In the U.S., sales tax is applied when required by law.

    A resale permit can be issued upon request.
